Apprentice Recruitment Service

Apprentice Recruitment Service
Apprentice Recruitment Service

ATG Training is not a recruitment agency but our recruitment service is marketed as such because we advertise vacancies and manage the resulting online applications on behalf of the employer. We expect employers to agree to support the successful candidate through an Apprenticeship programme with us in return.

We can provide employers with a range of recruitment support:

Standard package:

Your ATG Training Coordinator will:-

  • Advertise the vacancy on the Apprenticeship Vacancies website and our own, circulate it to local Connexions offices (if appropriate, it will also be advertised to our in-house apprentices) and promote it via our Social Networking media
  • Forward all applications received to our contact at the company for consideration for interview/short listing
  • Contact all those applicants short listed and allocate them an interview date and time with the employer
  • Give feedback to those interviewed by the employer
  • Advise the successful applicant and arrange a start date
  • Arrange for an appropriate assessor to contact the employer to arrange a first visit.

Cost: agreement that the individual recruited will complete an Apprenticeship programme with ATG Training.

Short listing package:

Your ATG Training Coordinator will:-

  • Advertise the vacancy on the Apprenticeship Vacancies website and our own, circulate it to local Connexions offices (if appropriate, it will also be advertised to our in-house apprentices) and promote it via our Social Networking media
  • Review all applications and conduct first stage, telephone interviews
  • Compile a short list from these applicants, eliminating those who are least appropriate for the role
  • Contact all short listed applicants and allocate them an interview date and time with the employer
  • Give feedback to those interviewed by the employer
  • Advise the successful applicant and arrange start date
  • Arrange for an appropriate assessor to contact the employer to arrange a first visit.

We can also provide employers with advice on:

  • The environment necessary for apprenticeship programmes to be achieved
  • Apprentice salaries, entitlements, contracts of employment and further training and development opportunities.

We want to help employers to find the people that we can develop and train together.
