Baljinder Chauhan

I have worked in telesales/customer service roles in the private/public sector for over 20 years, predominantly in the call centre inbound/outbound environment.

Whilst deciding if I wanted to continue my education after school, I took a summer job in a telephone enquiry bureau as an inbound phone agent and enjoyed it. I then worked my way through roles including team leader, team manager, deputy call centre manager, sales manager and most recently an operations manager for an outsourcer running an inbound/outbound/admin department.

Sectors include, finance, media, advertising, airlines, automotive to name a few, suffice to say my schooling stopped but my enthusiasm to learn has not gone away, and 20 years later I find myself still learning.
