Clare Shawcross

Having previously worked at a leading Loyalty marketing company and an international management consultancy, I joined ATG Training as Head of HR in 2009. 

A Chartered member of the CIPD with a wide experience of HR issues across recruitment, retention, change management and development, my responsibilities at ATG Training include managing and developing the HR function and to align HR policies and practices with the strategic direction of the company. 

The role also involves the management of the IIP accreditation process and working with employees to make ATG Training a  great place to work.
