Cycles Manager - Fixed Term Contract
Fixed Term Contract 6m.
ATG Training is one of the largest independent training providers in the Thames Valley. Cycle maintenance training is one of our key specialisms and we deliver a quality technical programme nationwide. We are currently looking for an interim Cycles Manager for a fixed term of six months to manage the work of a team of 16 competent and experienced Cycle Assessors, most of whom work remotely.
Whilst the role will be based in Aylesbury, you will be expected to travel to visit the areas of delivery on a regular basis.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, gain a good understanding of ATG’s KPIs, be able to report regular management data and co-ordinate the work of the Cycles team across a widespread geography.
Experience of NVQ Assessment is required and an interest in the Cycle Industry highly desirable.
