Cash incentive for young cycle apprentices

Some good news for retailers. The National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) are actively looking to increase the number of young people on vocational training courses.

There is a cash incentive of £2500 for small to medium companies who can offer an apprenticeship to a 16 or 17 year old.

Doctor Bike: One day basic cycle maintenance courses...

The Cycle Academy have launched a one day Doctor Bike basic cycle maintenance course in response to popular demand.

Courses will take place in Manchester and Aylesbury on the 26th May 2009 and we have provision for 10 people to book themselves onto either course.

Park Tool School dates announced...

We are pleased to announce some additional dates for the popular 2 day Park Tool School.

This course is widely recognised as being one of the most comprehensive home mechanic training programmes.

The courses will run in:

Aylesbury on the 11th and 12th May and again on the 11th and 12th June.

Manchester on the 11th and 12th June.
