City & Guilds 2391 Certificate in Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations

This three and a half day workshop covers the requirements of BS 7671 for inspection, testing and certification and guidance given in IEE Guidance Note 3, Inspection and Testing

The workshop includes practical demonstrations and ‘hands-on’ sessions, preparing delegates for the practical assessment of up to four hours duration and a written examination (closed book) in two sections comprising of short answer and structured questions.

Who should attend

Those with current practical experience of inspection and testing of low voltage electrical installations who require to become certified.

Entry requirements

This programme is not suitable for beginners. In addition to relevant practical experience, delegates must possess a good working knowledge of the technical requirements of BS 7671 to City and Guilds 2382 certificate standard or equivalent. Those with less experience must take the three day City and Guilds BS 7671 Workshop first.
