Apprenticeship for IT Users Details

Over twenty million people in the UK use IT in their jobs and 90% of new jobs require IT user skills. The IT User Apprenticeship can be individualised by including selected units to reflect the job role. This ensures that it meets the needs of the various jobs in any sector.

Who Should Participate?

All those wishing to gain Level 2 in IT (ITQ). Funding could be available for those under 25.

NVQ Level 2 is delivered in the workplace. Apprentices are assigned a qualified, occupationally competent assessor at the beginning of the programme, who supports and guides them through the apprenticeship.
