NVQs provide an opportunity for employees to develop competency in the workplace. The aim of an NVQ is to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce. NVQs are based on industry standards and they are assessed in the workplace. Employees demonstrate that they have acquired the skills and knowledge required for the job. ATG delivers NVQs at levels 1 - 4.
