Jonathan Rowe
As Business Development Manager, one of the key tasks that I was recruited to deliver was the spreading of the ATG brand and offering into the commercial sector, from small companies and SME, to large corporate firms; hopefully becoming a pre-ferred supplier for all their relevant training.
There‘s a need to overcome some traditional hurdles inherent in tough economic times, principally that Training is seen as an unnecessary evil rather than a necessary expense.
Previous experience comes from Training in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management, as well as many years within various elements of the Mortgage and Financial Services sector. I‘ve been fortunate in my time to spend a few months working in both Dubai and Macau (South China), since the latter I‘ve had a strong affection for South East Asia and China and revisit Hong Kong and Macau whenever I can find an excuse!
For a little more personal information for you all, I am an extremely keen cricketer. Having played at a fairly decent level on days gone by, I now skipper my club (Hartley Wintney CC) 2nd XI promoting the clubs Youth Development Policy of preparing the juniors for adult cricket and (hopefully) first team glory in the years ahead.
