Learners trained by ATG Training receive nationally recognised, funded training delivered in our brand new 33,000 square foot facility in Aylesbury. Businesses benefit by securing employees who are skilled, motivated and able to progress to more advanced qualifications at no extra cost. On our six-month level 2 NVQ course, which normally would takes 2 years to complete in a college, apprentices are paid to train. Upon graduation, they benefit from our expertise in working with employers to identify and secure the right job placement.

In addition to vocational qualifications in industrial and service-based occupations such as engineering, electronics, child care, social care, customer service, logistics and health and safety, we also offer a wide range of business administration, computer related and management development programmes to our portfolio of over 300 clients. Companies such as GE Healthcare, British Aerospace, Halfords and Miele, as well as smaller local companies, have all benefited from ATG Training’s one-stop training resource.

Work-based learning enables staff to rapidly develop technical and business skills which are valued by employers.
