Apprentice Training & Recruitment Service

ATG Training is not an agency but our recruitment service is marketed as such because we advertise vacancies, screen applicants and compile a shortlist, all on behalf of the employer. Although we do not charge for this service, we expect employers to agree to support the successful candidate through an Apprenticeship programme with ATG Training in return. 

Our service includes:

• Ensuring employers understand the environment necessary for apprenticeship programmes to be achieved
• Providing advice and guidance to employers on salaries contracts of employment, Equality & Diversity and training opportunities
• Writing job adverts to the specification of the employer;
  Advertising the vacancy on the Online Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service
• Informing candidates about available vacancies
• Interviewing on behalf of the employer and referring suitable candidates to them
• Co-ordinating and communicating with the employer and candidates to set up final interviews and give feedback.

Interviews can be held at our centre in Aylesbury if appropriate.
