Course Overview
This course is suitable for engineers, designers, drafters, and professionals who wish to produce 3-D drawings/models for a particular discipline or engineering application using 3d modelling software. The course assumes that the delegate has a good understanding of the graphical user interface, computers and the operating system.

Learn to
- Create and edit 3D solid models in a 3D modelling package
- Sketch parameters and part forming – extrude and revolve
- Use cuts and hole generation
- Assemble
- Build and convert parts and assemblies into drawings
- Review constraints in sketches and assemblies
Mode of Delivery
The course will be classroom based utilising up to date software packages which will include practical exercises. Course materials summarising process steps and key learning points will be given to each delegate for easy reference and use in their own working environment.
Individual Participant Projects
On completion of the training the delegate will be required to complete an assessment exercise.
