Train to Gain Sucess
ATG Training is bucking the trend in of the economic down turn, by exceeding LSC targets in delivering Train to Gain in the Thames Valley. This provides greater opportunities to draw more Government funding for companies to take advantage of in the Thames Valley.
Client companies in the area recognise that investment in training is one of the key drivers in maintaining their competitiveness in a difficult marketplace. Trained and motivated staff are more productive and business owners in the area are keenly aware that high quality staff are the linchpin of driving bottom line stability.
This startling performance from ATG Training comes against a backdrop of the majority of training providers struggling to meet their targets in these challenging times. It is testament to the planning and investment ATG has made in infrastructure and technology, which helps its team of assessors, deliver high quality training in the workplace. This minimises the costs to companies as staff are not taken away from the work place during their time learning new skills.
Commenting on ATG’s first six months trading position, Learning and Skills Director Ian Harper said: ‘I am delighted that the team of Assessors at ATG Training have been successful in this period in maintaining a high standard of customer service and delivered more training units than anticipated. This puts ATG Training in a good position to move into the second half of the financial year with confidence’.
